With over 9 years of experience in estate planning, probate, guardianships, and conservatorships, Madalyn Davis is a seasoned attorney who is passionate about her work and has devoted herself exclusively to these areas of law. In 2023 Madalyn was recognized as an upcoming attorney in the southeast who is committed to advancing estate planning and probate with her nomination, and subsequent graduation, into the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Southeast Fellows program. As a Fellow, Madalyn has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing simple to complex planning strategies and takes a holistic approach to planning.
Madalyn has provided tailored legal counsel to individuals and families from all stages of life for planning and is compassionate, but efficient, in navigating the intricate probate process. She believes in taking a collaborative approach to matters with other professionals and balancing legalism with practicality.
Madalyn offers comprehensive legal services, from drafting estate plans to managing probate and uncontested guardianship matters, ensuring clients receive clear guidance through each stage. In addition to her professional life, Madalyn is a wife and is a mom to three young children. In her spare time, Madalyn attends North Gwinnett Church and studies apologetics.
